Louise, our Agency Director, brings 25+ years of marketing and advertising expertise to the table. A champion of integrity, communication, and relationship-building, she fosters a collaborative environment where creative solutions and continuous learning thrive. With experience across both sides of the retail landscape, Louise navigates challenges with a holistic perspective, particularly excited about the uncharted digital frontier.
Her passion for clear communication stems from her Joint Honours Degree (Rhodes University) and fuels her dedication to client success. Certified in DMI Pro, DMI CDMP, Hootsuite, she also graduated within the top 5 of the prestigious Southsea Africa Executive Management Programme and Hootsuite, Louise leads with warmth, integrity, and professional creativity.

Michael, our Creative Director, is a brand-building powerhouse with a twist. This artistic soul thrives in the worlds of visual arts, dance, and acting, bringing a unique perspective to his creative solutions. His 10+ years of retail design and branding expertise, coupled with a deep understanding of the industry (thanks to his journey from coffee-maker to store leader at SPAR), allows him to craft impactful brand experiences. Both Creative Director and Senior Designer, Michael leads with enthusiasm and creative vision.

Brandwagon storm. With 15+ years of experience in developing beautiful
brands, he ensures every design speaks volumes and captivates audiences.
His passion for visual storytelling and brand excellence shines through in
every project. Masimba’s experience with brands such as Turtle Electronics
(UK), Ngara Art Galleries (Cayman Islands), Cayman Islands Cricket,
Cavosmart (China), Africa Science Week, Lake Harvest, Amara's Health Spa,
African Village UK, and many more reflects his expertise and creativity. He
plays a key role in bringing brands to life with creativity and attention to
detail.
